How can I hide my Facebook account from an email search?

I know that I can control -who- sees my profile and what they see, but how about the method of search? I want people to be able to find me by searching my name but not my email address.|||Not possible|||Well, my advice worked for me!

|||Actually, it's possible! First you click on the "Account" tab. Then, you click on "Privacy Settings" in the drop-down menu. Next, you click on "Contact Information". Finally, you'll see your email address at the bottom where you can adjust the setting from "Everyone" to "Friends Only", "Friends of friends", or "Customize" by clicking on the arrow to give you a drop-down menu. "Customize" only allows specific people to see your email address, even if they haven't been added as a friend. You can also adjust it to where it says"Me" so that only you can view your email address. Hope that helps!
