Is there a way to save a search on Yahoo! so that it will email any new results to you?

I have been following the Caylee Anthony case, and I get tired of doing the same searches every day... Is there any way to save a search and they will email you if there are any new matching news results (the headlines that show up at the top)? I know I've seen this on other websites, but I wasn't sure if you could do it with Yahoo!.
