How can i search for an email address over hotmail or msn?

i wanna search my cousin's hotmail email address. i dont have any other way to contact him right now. how can i search his email address from hotmail. i know about the yahoo people search option but that only searches for yahoo email addresses. is there any similar service for hotmail users?|||if u know plz tell me also plz...|||try profile search just like yah0o0o0o0o0o!
