Is there a program that can search my emails and collect the email address?

I have a small online business and i had an email list that consisted mainly of previous customers of which I have had previous communications with. I have every email send or received save ed on my server, I have accidentally deleted the list i had created over the years. I am trying to find a program to search through my emails and called all the email address in the sent and saved folders without duplicates. any ideas?|||sure you can... simply go to where you email data is located and do a pattern search... needs some programming work... couple of hours maybe
