How can you stop your email adress being found via google search?

I have privacy concerns because a few times ive foolishly given out my email adress on various web forums and don't want people to be able to search my adress and have links to all these bits of information.


is there any way of making sure that someone cant just search my email address into google and do this? Like somehow take the, off google.|||Nope. Once you make something public, you cannot take it back.|||For an email address that you have already put into circulation, there is not much you can do about having it removed.





In the future you can avoid exposure by providing your email address only to your most trusted friends and associates. If you must publish your email address on a web page or blog, create a small graphic image of the address. This prevents email address harvesters from extracting it.





Also understand that while someone can perform a search on your email address, they still cannot easily access your email account and read your emails. I am assuming this is your meaning when you mention "bits of information".





Check it yourself by doing a search on the email address. What you see in the results is what anyone else will see.
