Yahoo's email search returns one recent result. Previously returned multiple results. What is the problem?

This change in results occurred recently and it doesn't matter what computer I am using. Only the last email from a given search might appear and none from emails that may be from say 6 months earlier. Practically useless.|||Yahoo says this is a glitch and they have their engineers working on getting it fixed. Others with the same issue. |||magnumgirl
