Still unable to search email or find a good way to contact tech support at yahoo....?

I have been unable to search my email for a month or two. Whatever I put in for search always has 0 hits. I have found other people with the same issue, but I have been unable to get a way to actually reach yahoo support directly or get the issue resolved through ATT. Suggestions were offered, but they have not worked.

Very frustrating dealing with yahoo or should I say unable to even reach them.|||Have you tried switching to the other version of Yahoo! Mail?

To switch from Mail Classic to the All-New Mail, click the “All-New Mail” link at the top-right of your Mail page. Have a look at this screen-shot ► http://i471.photobucket.com/albums/rr74/…

Still not working?

You can contact Yahoo! Mail Customer Care using the following Technical Help Form:

For Mail Classic → http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/cl…

For All-New Mail → http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ya…|||There is no way for you to fix it. Yahoo is working on the site. This has happened before and they always fix it.

Do not install or uninstall any Yahoo programs.

No emails will be lost.

Yahoo Support is flooded with complaints. Search is not working at all for hundreds of users.|||If your internet provider is AT%26amp;T Yahoo call tech support at 1-877-722-3755 An automated system will answer to determine which department to transfer you to.|||I'm having the same problem. Hopefully someone out there will offer a solution! VERY frustrating!|||I feel your pain Frustrated - same issue has plagued me. I opened a gmail account and have had no issues so I'm slowly switching over to it...
