How do I get to a live person to reindex my email so I can search again?

I read the other posts about search problems and one says to get to a live person and have them reindex my email by putting it on another server. How do I get to a live person?|||try calling these numbers to reach a yahoo rep|||you don't have that option. to "index" your emails (in Yahoo) all you do is click at the top of whatever column you want it sorted by. Some of you people seem to think that this Outlook or some GREAT email program.
